Who we are

This website, sivogidigitalsolutions.com, is operated by Sivogi Digital Solutions, a marketing and technology agency based in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, India. Our postal address is Door No. 7-139, Pernamitta, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh 523225, India.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sivogi Digital Solutions. “You” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), we act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, which means we decide why and how it is processed. Visitors from other countries, including the European Union and the United Kingdom, will find the information they would expect under laws such as the GDPR in the sections below.

Summary

  • We collect the details you type into our enquiry forms, basic technical data that every web server records, and, only if you agree, analytics and advertising measurement data.
  • We use your enquiry details to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to provide our services.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in an enquiry or proposal request form, we collect:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Business name
  • Location (city or area)
  • Services you are interested in
  • Budget range
  • Project details and anything else you choose to write in the message

Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account or identity document details) in the form. We do not need it to respond to an enquiry.

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we will also have the details you share in that conversation.

Technical information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting server keeps logs of requests to the site. These logs can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. We use them to keep the website running, secure and free of abuse.

If you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: for example, which pages are visited, how people arrive, and whether enquiry forms are submitted. This uses cookies and similar identifiers and involves data such as a pseudonymous device identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, and pages viewed.

If we run advertising and you accept advertising cookies, we may also use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries. These tags are not loaded unless you consent.

You can change your choice at any time. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Spam protection

To protect our forms from automated spam, we may use Cloudflare Turnstile. If it is enabled, it checks signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots when you submit a form. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Why we use your data, and on what basis

Purpose Data used Basis
Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal Form details, messages Your consent, given when you submit the form; for GDPR visitors, also steps you request before entering into a contract
Providing services if you become a client Contact and project details Performance of our agreement with you
Keeping the website secure and working Server logs, spam-protection signals Legitimate uses permitted by law, such as preventing fraud and abuse; for GDPR visitors, our legitimate interests
Understanding how the website is used Analytics data Your consent through the cookie banner
Measuring advertising Advertising tag data Your consent through the cookie banner
Meeting legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records Records of client work and invoices Legal obligation

We will not use your data for a new purpose that is unrelated to the ones above without telling you and, where required, asking for your consent again.

We do not add you to marketing email or WhatsApp lists just because you sent an enquiry. If we ever offer a newsletter or updates, we will ask for your separate consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Where your data goes

  • Email: form submissions are sent to our business email inbox so we can reply.
  • Lead log: a copy of each submission is stored in a secured log on our hosting server, so enquiries are not lost if an email fails.
  • CRM: we may copy enquiry details into a customer relationship management (CRM) tool we use to keep track of conversations and projects.
  • Service providers: we rely on providers for hosting, email, CRM, spam protection and, if you consent, analytics and advertising measurement (Google and Meta). They process data on our behalf or under their own terms, and only as needed to provide their service.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose data if required by law, a court order or a government authority acting lawfully.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our service providers, such as Google, Meta and Cloudflare, may store or process data on servers outside India, including in the United States and other countries. Where we use such providers, we choose established services that publish their own privacy and security commitments, and we transfer only what is needed. Transfers are made in line with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India. For visitors from the EU or UK, these providers generally rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for as long as reasonably needed to follow up on your enquiry, after which we delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Client records: kept for the duration of our working relationship and afterwards for as long as required by Indian tax, accounting and other laws.
  • Server logs: kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or overwritten as logs rotate.
  • Analytics data: kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.

When you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your data, we delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.

How we protect your data

We take reasonable security measures appropriate to a small business, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the website, restricted access to our email, hosting and CRM accounts, strong passwords and two-step verification where available, and keeping the lead log out of public reach. No system is perfectly secure, but if a personal data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and the identities of those we have shared it with.
  • Correction and completion: ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete or update incomplete data.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw consent you have given at any time. This does not affect processing already carried out, but we will stop further processing based on that consent. For cookies, use the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
  • Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with us about how we handle your data, and receive a response.
  • Nominate: nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.

If you are in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, you also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

How to make a request

Contact us through the website contact form by email at info@sivogidigitalsolutions.com, by phone or WhatsApp on +91 97046 46289, or by post to the address above. Please tell us what you are asking for and how we can reach you. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not share or delete someone else’s data by mistake. We aim to respond as quickly as possible and within the time limits set by applicable law.

Grievances

Privacy questions and complaints are handled by the business owner, who can be contacted at the same email address. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once you have first raised the matter with us, as provided under the DPDP Act.

Children’s data

This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit the enquiry form; ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, we will delete it.

Our website may link to other sites, such as social media pages or tools we mention. We are not responsible for how those sites handle personal data. Please read their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The “last updated” date on this page shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change that affects how we use data you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
