01 The challenge
Facebook and Instagram can reach almost any audience, but attention is earned in a second of scrolling. Many businesses boost posts without a clear objective, attract low-quality leads, or rely on tracking that misses a large share of conversions. Without a structured approach to creative, audiences and measurement, spend grows faster than results.

04 In depth
Why Meta ads work differently from Google Ads
On Google, people search for what they want. On Facebook and Instagram, they are scrolling, and your ad has to earn attention before it can make an offer. That makes Meta ads strong for products and services people buy once they see them — fashion, food, furniture, education, real estate, travel, events, healthcare — and for building familiarity with an audience before they need you.
It also means creative matters more than almost anything else. Audience settings are now largely automated; the image, video and first line of text do much of the targeting by deciding who stops scrolling.
Choosing how people respond
Instant lead forms
Meta’s lead forms open inside Facebook or Instagram, pre-filled with the person’s details. They are quick, which is both their strength and their weakness. We add qualifying questions where it helps — location, timeline, budget range — and connect leads to a sheet, email or CRM so your team can respond quickly.
Click-to-WhatsApp ads
In India and many other markets, WhatsApp is how customers prefer to talk. Click-to-WhatsApp ads open a chat with your business number, often with a pre-filled first message. They suit businesses that can reply promptly. If you want automated replies, catalogues or broadcast follow-ups, see our WhatsApp marketing service.
Website conversions, catalogues and retargeting
For online stores and businesses with strong landing pages, we send traffic to the website and optimise for purchases or completed enquiries. E-commerce brands can use catalogue ads to show the products each person viewed. We also build retargeting audiences — website visitors, video viewers, Instagram engagers — to bring interested people back.
Creative testing, done steadily
Ad performance usually fades as the same people see the same ad repeatedly. We plan a testing rhythm: new hooks, offers and formats each cycle, with clear notes on what was tested and what we learned. Short vertical video for Reels and Stories, carousels for product ranges and simple static images all have a role. Where a steady supply of fresh material is needed, our content marketing team can plan it alongside the ads.
Tracking with Pixel and Conversions API
Browser privacy changes and ad blockers mean the Pixel alone misses some events. We set up the Meta Pixel and Conversions API together, check event match quality and make sure button clicks are not counted as completed enquiries.
How to judge Meta ad results
A low cost per lead means little if the leads never answer the phone. Each month we look at cost per result alongside what happened next: how many leads were reachable, how many were interested and, where you can share it, how many became customers. For online stores, we look at revenue and return against ad spend, checked against your own order data. That feedback shapes the next round of audiences, questions and creative.
Organic and paid together
Ads work better when your page looks active and trustworthy. If you also need regular posting and community management, our social media marketing team can keep organic and paid activity aligned.
Pricing: Ad spend is typically paid by you directly to Meta and is separate from our management fee — standard practice. We quote after understanding your goals and creative needs.
Is boosting a post the same as running Meta ads?
Not quite. Boosting is a simplified option with limited control over objectives, placements and tracking. Ads Manager lets you choose the right goal — leads, messages, sales — test different creatives, retarget past visitors and measure results properly. Boosting has its place, but it is rarely the most efficient way to generate enquiries or sales.
Should we use lead forms or click-to-WhatsApp?
It depends on your sales process. Lead forms are quick for customers and suit businesses that call people back, such as education and real estate. Click-to-WhatsApp suits businesses whose customers want to ask questions first and whose team can reply quickly. We often test both and compare lead quality, not just volume.
Why are many of our Facebook leads fake or unreachable?
Very short forms make enquiring easy, including for people who are not serious. Adding a qualifying question, a review screen or a clear statement of price or location usually reduces volume but improves quality. Responding within minutes also makes a large difference to how many leads are reachable.
What are the Pixel and Conversions API?
The Meta Pixel is a piece of code on your website that records actions such as enquiries or purchases. The Conversions API sends the same events from your server, which helps when browsers or ad blockers stop the Pixel. Using both, set up correctly, gives Meta better data to optimise your campaigns.
Do you create the ad creatives as well?
Yes. We write the copy and prepare images, carousels and short videos. Where your own photos or videos of real products, premises and people are available, we use them — they usually perform better and are more honest than stock imagery. Larger shoots can be planned through our branding and creative team.
Can you run Meta campaigns for other countries?
Yes. We plan and manage campaigns for audiences outside India, with targeting, currency, language and ad scheduling set for each market, and reporting shared on a schedule that suits your time zone. Creative is adapted to local context rather than reused unchanged.
